Best times for fishing

Generally the fish are around all year through. The fishing quality peaks during the winter months after the annual floods. This is between June and September.

The weather is generally stable throughout these months with cool evenings and warm days. The fingerling are then entering the systems of the Chobe Zambezi river which then lead to crazy Tiger Fish frenzy. The bream species like the Nembwe, Three Spot and Pink happies are also very active at that time.
